Overview
Creating a ClaroEdge account takes just a few minutes. This guide walks you through the registration process, including the required KYC (Know Your Customer) information needed to access our services.

Before You Begin
Have the following ready before starting registration:
• A valid email address (you'll verify this during registration)
• Your personal or business details (name, address, phone number)
• Company information (optional, but required for business accounts)
• A government-issued ID for later verification
Step-by-Step Registration
Step 1: Navigate to Sign Up
Visit claroedge.com and click the "Create Account" button in the top navigation, or go directly to the registration page. If you already have an account, click "Already have an account? Sign in" to log in instead.

Step 2: Choose Registration Method
You have two options to create your account:
Option A: Sign up with Google
Click the "Sign up with Google" button for quick registration using your Google account. This will auto-fill your email and name.
Option B: Manual Registration
Fill out the registration form manually with your details (described in the following steps).
Step 3: Enter Account Credentials
Provide your login credentials:
Field | Requirements |
Enter a valid email address. You'll receive a verification email to confirm ownership. | |
Password | Create a strong password. We recommend at least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. |
Step 4: Business Information (Optional)
If you're registering as a business, provide your company details:

Company Name | Your registered business name (optional for individual accounts) |
VAT Number | Your VAT registration number for EU businesses (optional) |
💡 For Business Accounts Providing company information enables proper invoicing for business expenses and may be required for enterprise features. |
Step 5: Personal Information
Enter your personal details. This information is required for KYC verification:

First Name | Your legal first name as it appears on your ID |
Last Name | Your legal last name as it appears on your ID |
Address | Your street address |
City | Your city of residence |
State/Region | Your state, province, or region |
Postal Code | Your ZIP or postal code |
Country | Select your country from the dropdown list |
Step 6: Phone Number
Provide your phone number for account security:
1. Select your country from the dropdown (this auto-fills the country code)
2. Enter your phone number in the box provided
Step 7: Review and Accept Terms
Before completing registration, you must accept our terms:
✓ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Check this box to confirm you have read and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You cannot create an account without accepting these terms.
✓ Receive informational and promotional emails
Check this box to receive informational and promotional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time from your account settings.
Step 8: Complete Registration
Click the "Sign Up" button to create your account. You'll receive a verification email at the address you provided.
After Registration
Email Verification
Check your inbox for a verification email from ClaroEdge. Click the verification link to confirm your email address. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
KYC Verification
After verifying your email, you'll need to complete identity verification (KYC) to access all features. Navigate to Settings > Account Verification in your dashboard to start this process.

Troubleshooting
Issue | Solution |
Verification email not received | Check spam/junk folders. Request a new verification email from the login page. |
"Email already exists" error | An account with this email exists. Try "Sign in" or use password recovery. |
Country not in dropdown | Contact support. Some countries may have restrictions. |
Registration page won't load | Clear browser cache, try incognito mode, or use a different browser. |
